Wednesday is one of my favorite days

On Wednesday's DH plays softball, so DD and I get to go home and do exactly what we want for a couple hours. I don't have to cook or talk or think about anything but what I want. We usually eat junk, watch cartoons and I sometimes scrapbook. Don't get me wrong, I love my DD dearly, but just one night a week, its nice to be just the girls!!!

Tonight I've got to get some preplanning done for my monthly crop, Friday night. I'm currently working on our 03 Cruise album. I'm taking my time and working on other project while doing this album. I'm using the new Scenic Route Festival Collection and some of the Rusty Pickle papers in the album. Its turning out very nicely! The LSS where I crop started their crops by letting people use their stuff, but they soon found out that things get messed up or "lost". Most of it was the owners personal stuff, so now they keep their stuff put up. But I called and asked the one of the owners if I could use her QK fonts to make some titles. She said yes of course, especially since I asked so nicely. :)

Monday Morning ...........

Today is Monday May 2 ..... this is important because in just 16 days at this time, I'll be in the air on my way to Disney World with my daughter, husband, Mom and Dad. I can't wait. Although I can't decide what I'm more excited about, Disney or 13 straight days of no working!!! We're only in Disney for 7 days, but I'm taking a couple of days off after we get back to get things back in order and then Memorial Day is Monday May 30 and its a holiday for us. I can't wait!!! I am pretty pumped about Disney. DD will turn 8 while we are there. AND she doesn't have a clue that we are going to Disney. She'll miss the last 4 1/2 days of school and celebrating her birthday with her friends, but in the long run, she'll be okay with all that ......... who wouldn't, she'll be in DISNEY with Cinderella on her b-day!!!!
